Our shipping and delivery services have been outsourced to TCS. All confirmed orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. The shipping and delivery charges are PKR 200 and delivery is free for orders that exceed PKR 2000. We offer “Cash on Delivery” payment method.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the orders, and are included in the invoice. Customers can view the delivery charges when they proceed to checkout based on all the merchandise that they have ordered on the website page. For tracking deliveries and shipments, we will provide you with a tracking code that will directly link you TCS Courier. You will be able to use the code to know where your shipment is and how long it will take for it to reach you through the main TCS’s website.
All orders and shipments are delivered to private addresses only. We do not take any orders that are to be delivered to public places, such as streets, hospitals, eateries etc.
