Return & Exchange Policy
We will happily replace or refund your orders within 7 days, if the merchandise purchased has not been used and/or washed. All tags also need to be in place, and the invoice needs to presented for the return or/and exchange to take place.
All requests for return and exchange of goods and merchandise will be entertained within seven days of order delivery to the customer, after which no return or exchange will be made.

For exchange
- To exchange any product please contact us at (+92) 310 1113344.
- State the reason for exchanging the product, send the product back to us through any courier.
- Products requested in exchange will be dispatched once we receive the product back.
- The entire process may take up to 5-7 days, after which your new order will be dispatched.
- Exchange is possible only once.
- On exchange or re-forwarding delivery charges will be applicable. Which will be according to weight of the parcel.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to the following address: 15/9, Dawood Colony, Faisalabad, Pakistan
For Return

- State the reason for product return, send the product back to us through any courier.
- Once we receive the product back, you can ask for Cash Refund or Coupon Code.
- Coupon Code can be consume with-in two weeks.
- The entire process of return / refund may take up to 5-7 days.
- Already paid delivery charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be transfered to provided bank account.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to the following address: 15/9, Dawood Colony, Faisalabad, Pakistan
